The atmosphereA milieu of soft music, flowers, and candlelight envelope you as rays of sunlight dance through the window. As if painting a masterpiece, our chef creates each plate as delightful piece of art. Mingle with our other guests, as the Innkeeper greets you with a fresh cup of coffee or tea and juice. Chef Debra Uffelman (a 3-year culinary apprentice of a four-star French/American restaurant) announces the breakfast delicacies as you begin the first of your five courses. The cuisineAn eloquent display of food ensues. Begin with Chocolate Cheese Cake Muffins followed by tastes of baked pears with a blueberry center, Raisin Bread Pudding, or broiled grapefruit for your second course. Each main dish is an explosion of taste and color with dishes like Pumpkin Pancakes, Cheese Strata, Denver Frittata or French English Muffins to mention a few. This is followed by the Chef's special Granola Cereal Blend. Your last course of fantastic delight is an Apple Oatmeal Coffee Cake, Cream Puffs, or Shortbread.
